Grooming fees do vary between dog size, and amount of work involved. For example, severely matted coats, or handstripping may require more work than a standard groom. When you arrive, a full evaluation of your dog’s coat, and your grooming requirements will be carried out. This will help determine how long the grooming process will take and the price. During this evaluation you will also be shown the best techniques for grooming your dog’s coat in between pampering sessions, ensuring a matt free and happy dog.

On your first visit, there is a 10% discount on a full groom service.

Appointment Policy

Every dog being groomed at Tails of Westerham is provided with an allocated time for arrival. It is important you arrive on time for your appointment, to avoid delays for other customers booked in throughout the day. You will be called about 20 minutes before the groom is completed, to give you plenty of time to pick your dog up.
If you do want to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice, or a cancellation charge of £20 may occur. As you can appreciate, this notice time helps give us time to fill the space with another customer appointment.
